The hotel offers cozy and comfortable rooms, maintained cleanliness, and a less scenic view. The service, especially by Ercan, was exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent with easy access to the main attractions. The dining options were varied and enjoyable. Overall, a great value for money choice with fantastic service.
My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms were nice and clean, offering a beautiful view of the sea, though a bit on the smaller side compared to the pictures. The bed was very comfortable, making it a cozy space to relax. The service was amazing, with the staff being incredibly helpful and accommodating in assisting with tour planning and providing information. The location was excellent, near Sultan Ahmet Square and close to major tourist attractions, though the area started to quiet down after 11 pm. The dining experience was a little lackluster, but the hotel's cleanliness and excellent location made up for it.
The hotel's rooms look smaller than expected, but they are super clean with a perfect location for walking to nearby attractions. The service was efficient, professional, and friendly, especially the young man at the front desk. The location is great, central, and close to many main attractions. The dining options were decent but not fresh, not worth the money in Istanbul.
